This year we made it to the end of posting on schedule, without any glitches. Thanks to everyone who worked hard to make this a reality. <3

As usual, quick reminders to:

1. Please remember to comment on your fic. Your writer is excited to hear from you! (If for some reason you aren't able to read your fic before reveals, let me know.)

Hey all, we've hit our one-month-left mark! Fully betaed and HTMLed fic (with <i>italics</i>, <b>bold</b>, and other text markings intact) is due in my inbox by June 10, whenever that ends wherever you are. If you need help with a beta, please plan to get the fic to me by June 3. If you need to drop out for any reason, let me know ASAP so that I can get things squared away sooner than later.

Please also let me know ASAP about any extensions you may need, and plan to think long and hard about what exactly your needs are and whether you will be able to finish by the extended deadline we agree on. I've unfortunately been too lenient with rolling extensions in the past, so everyone's efforts to Get It Done by the deadline (or as close to it as possible) will save you, me, and everyone involved a lot of extra stress we don't need in our lives.

My sincerest apologies for the delay on the last of the fic. After an absolutely disgusting two-week gap between posting days, we finally have all of the fic in, and posting for Nino Exchange 2019 is officially over!

Since there's been plenty of time to read the fic besides this last batch, reveals will go up slightly earlier than usual, on July 17. If there's fic you're still hoping to read before reveals, please do so by then! And of course, if you haven't commented on your fic yet, now's your chance.

Thanks for your patience and understanding, and for being such excellent participants and readers despite your mod being unprecedentedly Fail this year. See you all in a few days!

A little late again this year, but assignments are out! Sorry for the wait. Writers, please check your inboxes (and, god forbid, your spam folders) for a message from Nino Mod. If you've received your assignment and it looks like you've got something you can work with, great! Hopefully that applies to everyone. If you didn't receive an e-mail, or you did receive it and it looks like you really, really can't do your assignment justice, please e-mail me ASAP and I'll see what adjustments can be made.

Else, if you want clarification (either from your recipient or from me), just shoot me a message and I shall facilitate!

We've done it, folks! This season has been a goddamn mess and I apologize for making you all endure it, but today we've finally posted the last of the fic! Please, read and comment to your heart's content! Recipients especially, be sure to comment on your fic. The authors worked hard and deserve all the love.

With everything pushed back, we'll go ahead and do reveals on July 15. Please enjoy the party anonymously until then!

Here we are, folks! It seems like this has been a hectic year for everyone (your mod included), and we're still missing a good chunk of fic, so we're going to celebrate our Nino Party on a pretty laidback schedule this year. I plan to post three stories per day over the course of nine days. Those of you still working on your fic (or waiting for me to get back to you...), do your best to finish up! We can do it!

Standard reminders before we begin:

- Please remain anonymous until reveals, which for now are still planned for July 1.

- Recipients, please remember to comment on your fic! Early on to reserve your spot if you can't read it right away, and then definitely after you've gotten a chance to read it. Writing for an exchange is nerve-wracking enough, and there's little worse than that anxious feeling of not knowing if your recipient liked something you wrote for them, and/or feeling like they couldn't even be bothered to acknowledge your work. If something comes up and you can't get to your fic, please let me know so that I can tell your writer personally!

- Positivity, please! This is a celebration, so I hope everyone has a good time. If you've got an issue with a fic or you feel like something needs to be addressed for people reading the story, please let me know and I'll make sure it's taken care of.

It's May 10th, which means we've somehow made it to the dreaded "one month left" reminder! I hope everyone's at least looked over their assignments and started generating ideas. The finished, beta-read fic is due on June 10th, whenever that ends wherever you are. If you need someone to beta your fic, please plan to get it to me by June 3rd so that there's plenty of time for a beta and revision party.

If you need an extension or you need to drop out, please let me know as soon as you know, and I'll get the proper accommodations in place for you. No worries on either front -- we've seen it all here, and I'll do my best to make sure you're taken care of.

And if you need cheerleading, idea-bouncing, questions relayed, or anything else, you know where to find me. I've basically glued pom-poms to hands in anticipation.

Somehow it's March 15 already, which means it's time for me to dust off my Nino Mod cap.

I can't say that I've been good about keeping a finger on the pulse of Arashi fanfic, so I hope there are still people interested in writing and reading and generally celebrating Nino's face. I'm here to facilitate a Nino Party, however big or small, as long as people are on board. :3.
