Dear Anon, thank you so so so so much for this adorable piece, I really really love it! This story has so many things that I adore, I don't know where to start but let me try listing a few things.

First of all, you hit home with the topic here, oh believe me... I feel so much for Nino with being trapped in his job and thinking he cannot do better on his own, being looked down on, even being bullied >.< my poor boy... (Don't get me wrong, I am not bullied at my workplace but I do feel trapped in a job that I don't like and I dream of becoming something I enjoy and at the same time don't have the guts to quit and try finding something different because I simply lack self-confidence and am afraid of ending up living underneath a bridge...). There are situations where it's really hard to get out of a dead end and I understand why people often stay there. However, I even more admire when people find their way out of such places. It's amazing how Sho comes to Nino's help, even if he knows that Nino might be too proud to accept that help, but sometimes it's all you need - a friend who pushes you in the back or pulls you onto your feet. I'm so glad Sho was there and I'm so happy Nino finally accepted his help. It's understandable he kind of fell into a slump right after... the change of place, the whole situation, then the unknown future and the pressure to make something out of his life... oh Nino T_T But Sho was with him and in the end Nino could finally set his true talents and passion free, that's so amazing! I wished I could become Nino in this aspect, I truly do!

ALSO! Nino being a mangaka assistant/aspiring mangaka is SO adorable!!! I don't know if you know but I used to draw manga myself when I was younger and before I truly got into writing, my dream was to become a mangaka lol I don't draw much any longer but I still love manga/anime so I really appreciate that you worked this career path into the story here! I really love the scene when Nino finally starts drawing and he draws Sho and all of his friends (so many Jun pics mentioned lol it must be fun to draw Jun, indeed XDDD). It also reminded me on how difficult hands can be to draw >.<

I reeeeeally love the subtle romance between Nino and Sho in this. I love when tiny gestures are telling more than words could and you incooperated that so well, it's amazing! How from the beginning it's subtle but clear that Nino has a crush on Sho and how Sho let's Nino close, I love that. Holding hands <3 Intertwining their fingers <3 This is such a simple but meaningful gesture, I really adore it! My heart was beating so fast when Sho answered Nino's kiss and it fell into my stomach when Sho ended their kiss and... AW T_T poor Nino... Then that unknown thing between them, that hurt, but thankfully, in the end things worked out. I'm so happy for them, thank you for my happy ending!!!

Of course I also loved the dinamic between our five friends in general, you nailed every charactere here, they are so great, really! I love their different character traits and how you mentioned them here and there. I love how all of them support Nino (and that Ohno gave Nino a wallet with Yoshi on it! <3 I love Yoshi lol) Also thanks for mentioning Mao and Satomi and the other girls, I really liked that too ^^ The glimpses into the past are really interesting, I'd love to learn more about that. Now that Nino and Sho are happy, I hope Aiba will finally find that one right beach uhm I mean girl for him, and I hope that Jun and Mao will give their future children adorable names lol. Btw, what about Ohno, is he in a happy relationship too or is he just in a relationship with his fishing rod? XD

Last but not least please let me say how much I enjoy your writing style. You managed to write a bittersweet, serious story but still managed to integrate Nino's wittiness which I loved, and funny moments and dialogs, that's awesome! (lol Sho's "I hate cleaning" and Nino's "It hates you too" made me laugh so hard! XD I really enjoy such humour!) I also really like how everything becomes a circle with the beginning and the end mentioning Nino going to the friends' gathering and one time coming too late and the next time not being late. This and other elements of your storytelling were very smart and I truly appreciate all of that!

Again, thank you so much for everything, I truly can't put my gratefulness and my love for this story into the right words. Thank you, thank you, thank you, I love you! <3 <3 <3 <3 <3
