oh my gosh, what a comment, fjdskal, I am verklempt. I tend to feel like my heart's in the right place (because I mean, ARASHI) but my actual stringing-words-together execution is lacking, so it's nice to hear that it works for you!! And actually I was pretty worried about the setting (as a person with no knowledge or interest in weddings...) so that is a relief, phew. Now emotions, that one I definitely leaned into, lol, I feel like in this latter sparse fic period of my writing history I'm just like, screw it, I am all in for WHATEVER I WANT and if what I want is Nino being super sad with a sad backstory and then getting his closure AND a happy ending, well, that is what I am going to write!! Despite that lack of reservation, I do sometimes worry that I go too far, so I'm glad that it didn't seem that way to you. :D
