This is a really interesting story. The way Nino eases his way into Sho's life, trying to be accomodating, wanting to be more than just an item, but actually something that Sho thinks of as a part of his life. In that, I can understand Nino and his actions. I had a bad feeling about that update he fixed for himself... and the shock he has when he makes his first mistake. It's really very plausible, the fact and Nino's reaction. It's like he's being over-strained with himself.
In a way Nino's reaction and his conclusion is very comprehensible and also very human, I guess. Thinking that if his update will ultimately kill him, he should make sure that Sho can find happiness, regardless of his own feelings. And Nino's really trying too and it's as sad as it's adorable.
Good thing, though, that Sho knows full well what he wants and he comes to claim it from Nino in the end. ^^ And YAY for Aiba being a genius and saving Nino from either forgetting Sho or getting his brain on over-load with all the feelings he holds for Sho. It's almost sweet how his brain melts down being close to Sho. Almost. It is tragic for the main part, of course.
I like how things never turn truly dark ,though. Even when things aren't easy, there's always that ray of sunlight shining in from somewhere, shedding light on things.
Thanks for thinking this up, it's a really cool story. <3
