Half of the fandom might already know that I'm not much into OT3 fics, however, those people also might know that IF I had an OT3, it would probably be Sho/Nino/Ohno, even if I don't even know why, as I don't ship Ohmiya usually. Further, OT3 can be really hard to write and readers (like me XD) can be hard to please so usually I only read OT3 fics during Ninoexchange even if most of them don't satisfy me. I'm glad I do this during that time of the year though, as it allows myself to step over my boundaries and sometimes makes me discover really nice fics and let me tell you, THIS fic is definitely one of them!
What I liked most about this fic is, how slow burn but at the same time how intense the story begins. I really liked that feeling! I was so addicted to this story that I couldn't stop myself from reading. It distracted me when I couldn't read because I was at work, and it kept me awake even after I finished reading it, because it felt so intense while reading. It's like you're just waiting for SOMETHING to happen but it gets dragged but it makes sense as Nino has to adjust to the situation and - understandably - he needs time for that. So I give you a big plus point for actually taking your sweet time to develop this part of the story and especially Nino's feelings and for not rushing it.
All those small encounters on the emotional as well as physical level between him and Ohno and him and Sho are needed to ground a base for what is to come, and I really enjoyed that you gave him really nice moments with both of them, separate and together. I love how Nino's feelings from just having slight crushed develops to deep friendship, caring about the other two (I LOVE how Nino took care of Sho during his hard time, but how he still hesitated, wondering if he was overstepping boundaries), and that he finally admits his feelings to himself and to them, but only takes steps as soon as he kind of has the approval of everyone (like he only gets closer to Ohno after Sho ASKED him to, that's really good, otherwise it would have been cheating and I hate cheating).
I love the scene when Nino and Ohno hold hands while waiting for their laundry. Holding hands is such a sweet but meaningful gesture... at least to me it means a lot. It really made my heart beat faster! Then, that ONE kiss between Nino and Sho before Sho left... that was killing me! Really, LOVED it! Of course, their reunion was great too! I had to laugh though when they talked about the top - bottom situation! I was like "So you two just needed a gorgeous bottom, huh?" LOL xD Sorry, I know it fits perfect as I see Nino as the perfect bottom, no question, but it was kind of funny in this situation.
I really liked all the characters with all their little quirks as well as their strong points. I liked the backstory of Ohno and Sho, how they liked each other and found back together, but that somehow, without Nino, they just were not complete. They NEED Nino in their couple (not only because he's - as we just clarified already - the perfect bottom XDD *gets hit*) and that's why those three work together so well in the end! It's something that I cannot imagine for myself in real life, as I can be very possessive about the person I like and I definitely do not want to share. Also, it never happened to me before that I was in love with two people at the same time, so I can't really relate to that. Thus, the way how you portrayed the OT3 couple here had something really admirable for me. Really, it works SO well, I would never have expected that! Great job, anon, thanks for sharing this!
