I don't know of the drama tbh but the story was great. I loved their characters they were all so great and the relationships between them were perfect. I love how Nino is such a good doctor and does everything for his patients and that Ohno fell in love with that.
They were in such an easy relationship in the beginning even if Ohno had so many secrets in front of him and I was so sad when they lost contact and Nino didn't want to talk to him again. When they meet so far away from home the slow build of their trust was really good and believable and the heartache when Ohno and Jun got kidnapped and weren't able to come back for months. The worry Nino and Sho had to live with >< it is really hard. And I am really happy that Nino is able to keep being with Ohno regardless of all the hardships they had to face and will be facing from now on.
