This was amazing! The characters, the settings, everything! Ohno as a steely military commander is not in any way the kind of character I default to for him in fics, but here it works out so so well, and I love how you made him so simple (like he is irl) but at the same time so full of hidden talents, hidden strengths. It's small wonder that Nino fell for him! And Nino, too, he's so human, struggling with finding his goals, getting recognition, and his own longstanding problems with love. I liked the Matsumiya backstory and of course Jun would know him so well even after all these years. This was just such a wonderfully developed emotional journey, and I really enjoyed reading it!

And don't worry, I can't speak for the military stuff, but your medicine was mostly reasonable :)
