This fic definitely has a lot of emotions... I'm glad they worked for you. I teared up more than once writing Ohno this way, though of course I did it just so I could have him find his home and his people and his place with Sho and Nino (and friends and coworkers and a life~) in a way that would also make me tear up. :D And the soulmate tattoos were fun to work with because it gave real reasons for Nino's skittishness in an easily understandable way, but also because they are pretty great at signaling a happy ending, but ALSO because I was really interested in Nino choosing this complicated relationship, which was extra fun (and hard) with the soulmate thing. I had the soulmate sparking scene in mind pretty early, and deciding on their reactions was my favorite part of that, so I'm really glad it worked for you. And then by the end I had no idea what to do and just went with it, so I'm EXTRA glad the epilogue-y bit fit in! Once it got started it did seem to make sense as an ending, as least. :D
