This is such an interesting way of framing a fic - not going for the big, dramatic trauma moment, but focusing on the aftermath. I was really drawn into the world you built, especially because you gave us details in bits and pieces and made it all seem so natural. I love the home that was waiting for Nino with his friends. Ohno as this calming, loyal presence was so cute! And I'm always here for butler Sho.

Aiba and Nino's relationship was SO PERFECT. It's not very often that people try established relationship fic, but you've handled it so well. It was fun to see how they are with each other now that they are settled and committed, and there was still enough to say! Aiba expressing that he has a right to worry, and Nino learning how to put a bad case behind him. I loved that Aiba wasn't just a wacky scientist, his work had meaning and helped Nino (and I'm sure others).
