Eeee tbh those were all things I was very conscious of when I was writing this fic and I’m so happy you picked up on them! And yes!! tbh I was slightly tired of the usual time-travel plots and wanted something that might make it a little more interesting and fun for everyone! Aaah, thank you for being up on that because my love for this time in Japanese history drew me to the prompt in the first place and I had so much fun working out what would fit and what wouldn’t.
