omg, OMG, OMGGGGG this is so wonderful. As soon as I got to Tacchon the lizard and the cocktail-flavoured bite, I knew this was going to be sooooo amazing, and honestly it's everything I could have ever wanted in a fic. ANIMAL EITO NEVER APOLOGISE omfg Tacchon the lizard has given me the greatest joy. I love the world-building (Rainbow Music! Tensai Magical Emporium! Love So Sweet!) The bit with the ducks in Nino's shop honestly had me cackling so hard :D :D :D
Poor Nino, losing his voice and Aiba trying and failing to make it up to him :( And the little moment with Sho and Keiko in the potions shop was just so them (I love failboat!Sho forever).
I really loved how you set up the loving, easy relationships between Nino, Aiba and and Jun, they felt so sweet and delightful to read, even as Nino struggled to forgive Aiba's mistake, but it made the moment when he came around to forgive Aiba all the more lovely.
hamburger-flavored sense of accomplishment omg this is perfect.
The whole concept of taste-as-emotions was super interesting to read, and the little line "and the orgasm, he would have to remember to tell Aiba later, tasted like biting into a sweet, sun-ripened orange" was just beautiful.
This was just a beautiful, delightful gem of a fic, full of all sorts of things that I love to read, and the magical setting was, well, magical. Thank you so much, I adored this fic! <3
