It's that time of year, folks. The Ninomiya Exchange is coming up soon!

Tell your friends. Tell your family. Tell your neighbors and inundate them with Nino until they decide they want to join (you have a couple of weeks -- plenty of time).

As always, here's what the schedule looks like, revolving around Nino's birthday:

Sign-ups: April 1st - April 13th
Assignments: April 15th
Deadline: June 10th
Posting: June 17th - June 23rd
Reveals: July 1st

And if you could give me a moment of your time, I'd like your feedback on something! I'm thinking of making NinoEx updates on other platforms, since I know people have been scattering from LJ for the past little while. The updates would just be links to posts here on LJ (the regular mod posts, fic when the time comes, any other pertinent updates), but hopefully it'll be easier to keep track of for those of you who aren't on LJ every day. I'm considering Twitter and Tumblr, and maybe DreamWidth. Will any of those be useful to you? Are there any other platforms I should look into?

just here to tell you that i'll definetely sign up again this year and this is my favorite exchange of the year! as for other platforms, idk, I track all the exchanges I'm joining, so I get all the notifications send to my email. It's the easiest kind of platform for me.

I'm down with other platforms, though I need to figure out if my schedule will allow my joining this, providing I make it into field school, and yeah. XD Oh, hell, I'll make this work.

Okay, back to the other platforms, for me, I really like the idea of a twitter update, as I actually haven't been checking my e-mail or anything outside of twitter as much as I used to, so for me, I do love that idea.

Hm, that's an interesting idea. I don't know how I feel about posting an extra set of fic to a site not all writers use, but maybe there's a way to set up a feed or something there. I'll look into it. Thanks!

Another year of being tempted by this exchange, ahh! :D This might be the year I give in, even though I have a one exchange rule for my life (and that's je_whiteday). But surely... the awesomeness of Nino... breaks all of the rules...

Well, we'll see. :D Platform-wise, I'm still all about lj, though I am on tumblr as well, of course. I'll also probably track the comm if I sign up, like I do with White Day, because then I don't sit around and fret wondering if I'm missing things by not constantly refreshing my flist.

Glad to hear it's a temptation! :D. Many a writer has fallen victim to its siren call, but I can totally respect to sticking to one exchange. It probably keeps you less stressed that way. XD.
